Minimising food waste is part of my innate culture, the Chinese heritage side of me don’t like seeing any parts going to waste. We often don’t realised we throw out the most tastiest bits. Scrimping is not being tight or cheap, it’s about respecting, valuing our food and minimising waste. Here you’ll find my recipes using the left over bits and scraps. Food is precious. Eat more, buy less.
